My stay at the Wyndham Jacksonville was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From check in to departure, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made the stay feel relaxed and stress free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essentials needed for a restful stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting, and the common areas were tidy and nicely kept. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roadways, which made getting around Jacksonville simple and efficient. Overall, Wyndham Jacksonville offers great value, dependable comfort, and quality service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel is clean and good value for money. Parking was free and not a problem. Location seemed close to everything we were doing. Although alot of guests at hotel stay was quiet beds comfortable and nice tv Checking was quick and employees nice. Stayed multiple nights didnt ask for cleaning during stay which was fine for us. The only issue was limited toiletries in room so when stopped housekeeper in hall to get more she was annoyed didnt speak English or didnt understand.

Very clean hotel and clean rooms at a decent rate. Comfortable beds and pillows with clean bedding. Pet friendly for dogs 25 lbs and below with additional $25 deposit and offers special discounted rate for visitors to Mayo Clinic. Staff are all extremely kind and accommodating and property has night time security. I would recommend to anyone needing to stay in Jacksonville and will stay again.

I had a great night sleep before heading for a cruise. A lot of their stays on the day before cruises are us people who are getting on the big ship. Very accommodating I use room service to get a blanket as it is winter and cool. And they were so nice. The young woman at the front desk was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Jacksonville and overall had a comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel has a lot of potential — the rooms are spacious, the layout feels open, and having two elevators made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated the ample parking and the excellent location right off I‑95, which made it easy to get everywhere we needed. A few things didn’t quite meet expectations. The room floors don’t have carpeting, which I normally don’t mind, but the borders of the floor were noticeably dirty. After being out in the cold, I was hoping for a hot shower, but the water only reached a lukewarm temperature. The in‑room coffee machine also wasn’t very clean, and even after rinsing the filter, I wasn’t able to make tea. Customer service was fine — polite and functional — though not exceptional. Overall, I’d say the hotel offers good space, convenience, and parking, but some attention to cleanliness and maintenance would make a big difference. With a few improvements, it could easily feel like a stronger stay.

The rooms were nice a little dated but overall comfortable stay microwave and fridge so that was a plus. Great coffee in room and pretty spacious for all your belongings. Clean facility and front desk was Excellent very accommodating and customer service was Superb. I would definitely stay here again it was a 3 night stay and it was enjoyable. Very convenient to Jax beach, St John Town Center and the pier. Pool area was really nice, clean pool despite the rain and plenty of towels and chairs.

This is my third visit here and again everything was just right. Enjoyed the room, cozy and comfortable. Has a restaurant/bar on sight but didn't not go this time. I definitely came back for a third time bol. I eneded up eating at a Mamma soul food restaurant and going to Cigar Internatuonal. A mu h meed self-care mental health day.

Great location and customer service but room needs better improvement. The floor is old and coming out. The sink is draining slow and bathroom is small. Toilet bowl can use a bleach to remove dark spots. I would highly recommend if you're looking for short stay and close to I-95. Breakfast is not included because they have a Bistro in the building.
